```Overview```
We are seeking a experienced Servers and Servers/Bartenders to join our team. As a Server or Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. All servers must complete training. All bartenders must complete server training before bar training can begin.

```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Upsell additional products and promote specials to increase sales

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Server/Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management
- Sales experience in promoting beverages or special events
- Brewing knowledge for craft beer selection
